Meet Our Staff
Pat Feldpausch
Owner/Operator
Pat grew up in Fowler and graduated from Fowler High School. He resides in Fowler with his wife Becky and four children, PJ, Abbey, Jacob and Joseph. He purchased the family farm in 1995 and began farming on his own. PJ and Jacob have since joined the family farm. In 1992 he started as a sales representative for Pioneer. Pioneer gives many new resources and technologies to grow not only his own farm, but others in the area that they work with. Pat strives to keep improving his own business as the industry continues to change and advance.
Pat enjoys driving and watching the crops progress throughout the summer and finding an ice cream shop along the way.
PJ Feldpausch
Farm Manager
PJ grew up on the family farm in Fowler, MI. He graduated from Fowler High School and then attended the University of Northwest Ohio where he received his Associate's Degree as well as certificates in Agricultural Mechanics and Diesel Mechanics. As a young man, PJ has traveled to three continents in the world, farming on two of them! His involvement with 4-H compliments his love of farming and knowledge of precision planting.
Becky Feldpausch
Becky grew up in Lansing, MI. She graduated from J.W. Sexton High School and the University of Illinois – Chicago with a B.A. in Elementary Education. Becky is proud of teaching hundreds of children and now being part of feeding the world. She is passionate about supporting her husband, Pat, in their business.
Fun Fact: Becky is known as our local meteorologist.
Daniela (Dannie) Dryer
Pioneer Sales Associate
Daniela was raised on her family farm in Portland, MI. She studied at Michigan State University in the Agricultural Industries Program. Dannie previously worked on her family farm and helped operate and manage a custom tiling business. She currently resides in Portland with her twins, Emmitt and Lucile. In her spare time, she loves to have bonfires and go kayaking. Fun Fact: Dannie has no brothers, but three sisters!
Rebecca Alderink
Pioneer Sales Associate & Crop Insurance Agent
Rebecca grew up in Clare County and graduated from Farwell High School. Upon graduation she attended Michigan State University, where she received her BS in Animal Science. Rebecca resides in Grant with her husband and two sons.
Fun Fact: Despite the fact that she is extremely clumsy, she has yet to break a bone (KNOCK ON WOOD!)
Bridget Schafer
Administrative Accountant
Bridget is a Ferris State University Graduate with a BS in Business and Accounting. She previously worked in the medical and construction fields as a corporate accountant. Her recent ties to Fowler and the farming community brought her to the farm. Bridget's an active mom of four who loves to volunteer in the community and is always ready to jump in wherever she is needed to help our team.
Fun Fact: You're most likely to catch her reading in her hammock or watching the sun set on her front porch!
